  1. How do I measure my Pet?

    Just follow these steps and if you have any questions regarding the sizing of any of our products, all you need to do is get in touch!

  2. Does PreppyPaws ship worldwide?
    Unfortunately not. We currently only ship to UK customers. However, if you are an international customer and you like our products, we encourage you to get in touch with us on detailing the products you want to purchase and the country where you're from. We will get back to you with a custom proposal for you to consider.

  3. Where is my Order?
    As we source our wonderful items from suppliers based all around the world, we receive all orders at our HQ first for us to verify it's according to the order placed and that the items are in good condition from their long journey to us, after which we wrap the items and send them to our customers. Due to this, delivery on standard items is normally fifteen to twenty working days (15 to 20 days) and up to 30 on National Festivities such as Christmas, Easter... 
    If you have recently placed your order with us and we are still within the delivery times stated above, we ask you to be please be patient. We know it's hard! Believe us, we can perfectly understand that when you are waiting to receive such cute items, the wait seems to go on forever!
    In all cases, if we feel your order may not be delivered within the above delivery times, we will get in touch with you to give you and update on the status of your order with a new estimated delivery date. 

  4. I haven't received my Order Confirmation Email?
    Sometimes (for some unknown reason) our Order Confirmation emails end up in the Junk/Spam folders of our customer's email addresses. If you can't find our Order Confirmation email, please take a quick look in your Junk/Spam - The Subject line we use is "Order #PP.... has been confirmed!"  We also encourage our customers to add to their contacts or "safe-senders" list, this way you're never going to miss any of our emails! We really don't want you to miss out on our important Confirmation and Order Update emails, as well as Special Offers and Deals.

  5. I am looking for a specific item, but it's not on PreppyPaws.
    If you have an item in mind which you can't seem to find anywhere to buy and wished we had it listed, we will be more than happy to send out our "Hounds" to find and track down that desired item of yours! We work with a wide network of suppliers, so the chances of us finding that "something" for you are high! We will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours, but in most cases, even sooner than that!
